The 18-rated commando game is expected to become the fastest and biggest-selling title in history with well over one million sales in the first week alone.
In the U.S. thousands of excited gamers queued up outside more than 4,000 outlets of GameStop, the world’s biggest video game retailer, to be among the first to get hold of the new title.
While in the UK and Ireland, GAME and HMV opened hundreds of stores at midnight to allow computer game fans the chance to get their hands on it as soon as possible.
