With the summer season of festivals in full swing across the country, it’s no wonder that in true traditional British style, a few of us get in a bit of a pickle when it comes to navigating our way round the various camp sites, music arenas and car parks.
However, research commissioned by O2 Wireless Festival says that while Britain’s love affair with summer music festivals is as strong as ever, 78% of UK festival-goers cite dirty toilets as their most hated festival experience, with 35% objecting to the long queues! Here are the results:
Poor or dirty toilet facilities
Long queues for the toilets
No washing/shower facilities
No secure storage facilities
Long queues at the bar
Long entry queues to the venues
The journey home
Losing your friends in the crowd
Not knowing when your favourite band is playing
No where to sit or relax
